CHICKEN, FETA,SPINACH MEATBALLS

-1POUND GROUND CHICKEN
-1 PACKAGE FROZEN SPINACH, THAWED AND SQUEEZE WATER OUT
-1/2 BLOCK FETA CRUMBLED
-1 TABLESPOON MINCED GARLIC
-2 EGGS BEATEN
-@ HALF CUP BREAD CRUMBS TO BIND
-2 TEASPOONS OF NO SALT MEDITERANEAN SEASONING

-PREHEAT OVEN TO 370 DEGREES
-COMBINE EVERYTHING AND ROLL INTO MINI MEATBALLS
-PLACE MEATBALLS IN A SPRAYED PYREX OR SHEET PAN
-ADD A LITTLE WATER ON BOTTOM OF DISH AND COVER IN FOIL
-BAKE FOR @ 40 MIN UNTIL CENTER IS WELL DONE
